Orders 

Once the order is placed, an email with confirmation information should be sent to your email inbox, please check your spam if you haven't received the confirmation email within 24 hours

Orders would be shipped within a week, and to be received based on the shipping method you have decided

Pre-Order Purchases

Pre-Order Purchases takes 15-30 days to be shipped for considerations of reservation and production

(We collaborate with our amazing nail artists with all of our products, please be patient with the production and shipping processes ;-)

Cancelation

Please file a request for canceling your order on Contact Us, We will reach out to you within 24 hours

We partner with USPS and ship orders within North America regions with 

USPS Retail Ground - (Delivery in 2-8 business days for non-urgent and oversized packages (Zone restrictions may apply)

USPS First-Class Mail Parcel - (Delivery in 1-3 business days for envelopes and small packages weighing up to 13 oz)

USPS Priority Mail - (Delivery in 1, 2, or 3 business days)

USPS Priority Mail Express - (Overnight delivery to most U.S. locations)

USPS Priority Mail International -( Delivery in 6-10 business days)

USPS Priority Mail Express International - (Delivery in 3-5 business days)

USPS Global Express Guaranteed (GXG) - (Delivery in 1-3 business days)

Once the order is shipped, an email with tracking numbers should be sent to your email inbox within 24 hours

*We are not responsible for replace, reship or refund packages with incorrect shipping addresses*

*We could no longer change the shipping address once the order(s) is shipped*

Local Deliveries 

Local Delivery (Regions of State of California) charges $5 for all orders with USPS, please use the code "LOCALLOVES" for the shipping discount

Return & Refund

Terms of Return 

We accept return & refund within 7 days after the order(s) has delivered to your shipping address

We do not conduct any product exchanges

We do not cover return order shipping fee(s) for Non-Damaged-during-shipping Items

State of return 

Any product that is worn, opened, incomplete will not be accepted for return and refund policies

Process for Return & Refund 

Please reach out to Contact Us as soon as possible with a clear photo of defective product(s) and you will receive an email about the update of your returning process Once we received and approved your order, you will received an email of instruction to ship back the defective product(s) 

If you’d like a refund for your order(s), please reach out to Contact Us, we’ll be right with you within 48 hours

Once we received your order, we will initiate and complete the refund process within 7 days
